If your concern is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please do not use this form and instead call 9-1-1 immediately. Each complaint will be reviewed and investigated by a Community Risk Reduction Division staff member. You can expect to hear back regarding your complaint within two full business days (excluding holidays and weekends). We appreciate your help in keeping our citizens and community safe!
