Town Hall Meeting - District Consolidation

Supervisors John Leopold and Zach Friend will be hosting a Town Hall meeting via Zoom on September 30th, 2020, at 6:00 PM, to discuss the proposed consolidation between Aptos/La Selva FPD and Central FPD of Santa Cruz County.

During this meeting, Supervisors Leopold and Friend will begin with a brief history discussing the process from the county supervisory level and LAFCO perspective. Discussion will progress with shared constituents and other members of the public regarding the advantages of consolidation, as well as the upcoming LAFCO Commission meeting on October 7th.

ZOOM information for the September 30th meeting is listed below. Attendance space may be limited, but the meeting will also stream live on Supervisor Leopold’s Facebook page as well (see page link below).
